APPOINTMENT POLICIES   

From January 2022 ALL appointments made require a 50% deposit. 

This will be refunded, should you need to cancel providing that you do so 48 hours before your appointment.

 

Any cancellations after this time we will only allow you to reschedule and keep deposit on account, no refunds will be made. If appointment isn't rescheduled on the same day deposit will be held as a late cancellation penalty.

Failure to show up for an appointment will mean your deposit will be held as a minimum payment for services booked.
